Poster Size and Mounting
The organizing committee will provide panel media (120 x 90 cm : NewSize) for
each poster presenter. Each poster presenter on Day-1 of the symposium should attach
the poster materials on the panel media. There will be designated ¡®viewing times¡¯
during/after oral sessions or at lunch and coffee breaks, when poster presenters are
expected to be available to answer questions.
Poster Style
The poster should have an A4 title page giving brief title, authors names, affiliations
and postal address and E-mail address of all authors. The poster should be designed to
simply, clearly and pictorially support two or three major points. A small number of
references to published work should be included at the end of the poster.
All text should be clear and easy to read from a distance of between 1.5 to 2 m. The title
font here is a suitable size.
